Job Scope:

• Develop new materials & adhesives (polymer / electrochemical)
• Conduct lab experiments, trials & material testing
• Support product & process development (lab to pilot)
• Perform literature & patent research
• Work with internal teams, suppliers & research partners

Requirements:

• Min. PhD in Chemistry, Materials Science or Engineering
• Min. 3 years relevant R&D experience
• Experience in lab work, material characterisation & formulation
• Exposure to polymers / coatings / adhesives is a plus
