Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage with the existing portfolio client base to cross-promote and expand the adoption of various products, including Operating Accounts & Deposits, Wealth Solutions referrals (Bancassurance, Foreign Exchange, Investments), Straight2Bank sign-ups and activations, as well as loan product referrals (encompassing Business Instalment Loans, Business Property Loans).
• Actively engage in pertinent Sales campaigns for client interactions. 
• Provide assistance during periodic account reviews when necessary.
• Strictly adhere to the expected code of conduct within the bank. 
• Collaborate with colleagues to jointly strive for team success and outperform business objectives.

Job Requirements: 

• Possess the ability and willingness to thrive in a telesales environment.
• Diploma/Degree in Business/Sales/Marketing with at least 2 years of relevant experiences in banking & finance/SME/Corporate Lending.
