Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of the financial planning and advisory team within the Consumer Banking Group
• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the team, ensuring they deliver high-quality financial planning and advisory services to clients
• Collaborate with other teams and departments to develop and implement integrated financial solutions for clients
• Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement training and development initiatives to enhance the team's capabilities
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, innovation, and continuous learning

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry
• Strong understanding of financial planning and advisory services, as well as the regulatory landscape
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
• Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams
• Proficient in using financial analysis tools and software
