Work Location: 

  • Inchcape Centre, 2 Pandan Crescent, Singapore 128462

Work Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday: 8.15am – 5.00pm
  • Alternate Saturday: 8.15am – 4.00pm

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Allocation of daily job list, create new order number and parts for Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) vehicles
  • Creating of purchasing order to supplier, match and input delivery order into system
  • Upload vehicles information into system, assign and tag in vehicle unit (IU) number
  • Upload registration number of franchises vehicles
  • Review delivery date, invoice date and issue exit pass/ flashpay card/ SD card for each new vehicle delivery as per checklist sheet
  • Generate monthly invoicing report for registered vehicles
  • Support ah-hoc reports and tasks assign by PDI Manager

 

Job requirements

  • Preferably with a Diploma in Commerce or Business-related discipline
  • Proficient with MS Office Tool (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Willing to learn new system for jobs order, creation, delivery order and etc
  • Comfortable with routine administrative tasks
  • A meticulous and ownership taker to follow through the process to completion
  • Good in coordination and organizing skills, a team player who work without supervision
