PPB Manufacturing Controller

Business Partnership Act as the primary finance liaison for PPB Manufacturing in Singapore. Provide regular financial updates and reviews with factory leadership and PPB Finance teams. Support quarterly forecasting and planning cycles Manage hiring plans, asset deployment, and factory consumables tracking. Coordinate with supply chain and logistics for financial planning. Support S&OP planning and factory KPI reporting. Ensure accurate actuals vs. plan tracking; manage accruals, inventory reconciliation Support ERP design and business process implementation. Ensure compliance with EDB grant requirements. Coordinate with global COE and accounting resources for process execution. Partner with local and corporate teams on audit, SOX, trade, tax, statutory reporting, and intercompany transactions. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred. 8+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in manufacturing or operations. Strong knowledge of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and compliance processes. Experience with ERP systems and business process implementation. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a matrix organization and collaborate across global teams.
