Presales Architect

The Company:

A leading IT systems integrator specializing in designing and implementing technology solutions across IT infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.

The Opportunity:

The Pre-sales Architect will play a critical role in supporting the sales team and driving business growth by providing technical expertise and guidance to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in one or various IT related domains in IT architecture, infrastructure, security, cloud, solution design, and client engagement, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements, objectives, and technical challenges.
  • Conduct discovery meetings with clients to uncover business needs and identify opportunities for technology solutions.
  • Develop and deliver compelling technical presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing our products and services.
  • Translate client requirements into innovative technical solutions, leveraging offerings to address their specific needs and challenges.
  • Partner with internal teams, including engineering, product management, and professional services, to develop comprehensive solution proposals and responses to RFPs.
  • Lead technical assessments, proofs of concept (PoCs), and evaluations to validate the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing technical guidance and expertise to help them make informed decisions and achieve their business objectives.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings, and provide recommendations for product enhancements and improvements.
  • Support sales teams throughout the sales cycle, including solution design, pricing, and proposal development, to drive revenue growth and win new business.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience in a pre-sales or solutions architecture role, preferably in the IT systems integration industry.
  • Strong technical background with expertise in IT architecture/security/cloud/infrastructure, and solution design.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly understand client requirements and develop innovative solutions to meet their needs.
  • Proven track record of successfully supporting sales teams and driving revenue growth through technical excellence.
  • Relevant Certifications in different IT domains Infrastructure/Cloud/Security/Networking
