Job Description - Presales Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV

We are expanding our ERP business and are seeking a dynamic Presales Consultant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with an experienced sales leadership team, engage with enterprise customers, and play a key role in driving Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

As a Presales Consultant, you will:

  • Work closely with the Sales Head to lead discovery sessions with prospective customers and identify key business challenges and requirements.
  • Analyze customer needs and design effective Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV solutions across Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory, Procurement, and Operations.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to customer industries and business processes.
  • Prepare and support RFPs, RFIs, proposals, and solution presentations.
  • Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to develop winning solution strategies.
  • Provide product and solution expertise throughout the sales cycle.
  • Support customer workshops, proof-of-concepts, and solution discussions.
  • Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central product enhancements and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) or Dynamics NAV presales, consulting, implementation, or solution design.
  • Candidates with strong functional consulting experience and at least 3 years of Business Central project implementation experience who are seeking a transition into presales are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV modules and functionalities.
  • Good understanding of ERP business processes and system workflows.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into practical business solutions.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Finance and Accounting processes will be an advantage.
  • Experience in manufacturing, distribution, trading, or service industries is preferred.
  • Microsoft Dynamics certifications will be an added advantage.
  • Experience responding to tenders, RFPs, and enterprise sales engagements is beneficial.
