Pre-Sales Engineer (Network Security or Cyber Security)

PRE-SALES ENGINEER

• Company: IT MNC (Well Recognized Network Security and Cyber Security Distributor)
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday (9 AM – 6 PM) [Onsite]

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Providing Subject Matter Consultation & Solution Recommendation [during the technical engagements/ meetings (with clients & partners) on product features, functionalities, platform designs, PAM (Privileged Access Management) solutions, etc.] in the form of:

1. POC (Proof-of-Concept) & POC Deployment,
2. Demo & Presentation,
3. Proposal Writing,
4. Product Training/ Enablement, &
5. On-site (or Remote) customer Engagements.

• On-site Troubleshooting & Lab Tests (at pre-sales stage).
• Other relevant duties as assigned

[Clients are the System Integrator organizations and Partners are the Principal organizations.]

REQUIREMENTS:

• Required to have minimum 2 years (or longer) technical hands-on deployment & troubleshooting experiences with Network Security (e.g.: Checkpoint) or Cybersecurity (CyberArk) OR Identity Access Management solutions.
• Possess Diploma or Degree level education in IT/ Computer Science or equivalent
• Willing to take up related technical certification (alongside the job scope) [company will sponsor for these certifications & provide on-the-job trainings]
