Presales Representative Lead, Solutions Specialist (D1C)

• Partner with sales teams throughout the presales cycle for Digital One Commercial opportunities

• Engage banks to understand their commercial banking, cash management, and payments requirements

• Present and position Digital One Commercial as a solution for:

  • Business online and mobile banking

  • Cash management and treasury services

  • Payments initiation, approvals, and reporting for business customers
     

• Support RFIs/RFPs and client presentations, tailoring messaging to business and operational stakeholders

• Act as a bridge between clients, sales, and product teams by feeding back market and customer insights

• Provide market, industry, and competitive insights to support the positioning of Digital One Commercial in presales engagements

• Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings relevant to commercial digital banking, cash management, and payments

• Develop presales enablement and training materials to support internal teams’ understanding of Digital One Commercial capabilities and use cases

• Contribute to internal knowledge‑sharing and training sessions to educate sales and cross‑functional teams on industry‑specific nuances and evolving client expectations

What You'll Need:

• Experience in presales, solution consulting, or client‑facing advisory roles within banking or financial services

• Strong understanding of commercial banking or cash management workflows

• Ability to communicate complex solutions in clear, business‑focused language

• Comfort working with multiple stakeholders across sales, product, and client teams
