You will secure the technical win during the pre-sales phase and ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation. You will also act as a key conduit from the field, capturing market feedback on changing customer needs to shape sales, solution strategy, and accelerate adoption. Lead technical pre-sales: Run discovery, document requirements, design solution approaches, and drive technical closure across RFIs, RFPs, demos, benchmarks, evaluations, and POCs. Show CAD value (Creo): Build targeted demo scenarios for real engineering workflows, quantify outcomes such as cycle-time reduction and design quality improvements. Design PLM solutions (Windchill): Position data management, configuration and change, classification, EBOM-to-MBOM flows, and integration patterns to ERP and downstream systems. Create value cases: Translate pain points into measurable value hypotheses and simple business cases that support executive buying. Enable partners: Guide resellers and SIs with implementation-grade support, including installation considerations, configuration patterns, troubleshooting, and best practices. Support proposals: Write RFI/RFP responses, scope assumptions, solution diagrams, licence bill-of-materials inputs, and validation plans. De-risk and hand over: Record constraints and risks, maintain clear documentation, and ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to delivery and customer success. Bring market insight: Share South Rim-specific competitive signals, use cases, and product feedback to inform sales, marketing, roadmaps and enablement. Deep technical and functional expertise in MCAD, with a strong preference for experience in Creo. Experience with other leading solutions (e.g., NX, CATIA, SolidWorks) is also valued. Solid understanding of PDM/PLM. Hands-on experience with Windchill and other leading PLM platforms is a significant advantage. 5+ years' experience as an MCAD pre-sales or post-sales consultant, ideally with proven success in the industrial sector. Experience working with customers or system integration partners within the SRIM region (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Australia, New Zealand). Demonstrated curiosity and capability to learn new domains, with an emphasis on self-learning and the ability to draw knowledge from diverse sources. Ability to think strategically and analytically, and to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Ability to conduct research and produce new materials for customer engagements. Confidence in presenting ideas, solutions, and results to customers. Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills. Ability to travel across the region, subject to customer needs. Education: BS/MS, preferably in Engineering. Languages: Professional English required; a second Southeast Asian language is a plus. Proficiency in MS-Office tools.
