Presales Support – Technical (Security Solutions) - with Great Benefits

Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance on technical matters, system design, and system solutions for all sales and initiatives.
• Manage site surveys, customer meetings, technical presentations, system demos, and so on.
• Assure that all system settings and prices are accurate.
• Technical training for the sales and technical teams.
• Providing after-sales technical support who needs assistance.
• Assuring the quality of services by closely adhering to business standards and procedures to provide timely and efficient responses to all service requests within the designated territory.
• Create customer training materials and provide excellent customer service.
• Participate in internal training to enhance abilities.

Requirements:

• With 2+ years security, electronic or small electronic project and commissioning experience.
• Knowledge of basic IT in network and database and security hardware.
• Knowledge of alarm systems or products and security access control systems.
