Preschool Walk In Interview (16 May 2024) Location - Garden School by the Bay - Urgent Hiring

The Teacher will be responsible for taking care of a class of young children and facilitating small group experiences within an inquiry, play-based context in the school.

• Plan engaging circle time experiences and small group experiences within an inquiry, play-based context
• Document children’s learning through contributions towards newsletters, class panels and children’s portfolios
• Create meaningful language opportunities for children where a love for English / Mandarin can be promoted;
• Build and maintain close partnership with parents

教师主要负责照看孩子，引导孩子以探索为主导，寓教于乐。

• 创造温暖、关怀及培育性的环境；
• 建立分组式活动、探索为主导、娱乐为背景的教学模式；
• 具有积极的团队合作力；
• 保持与家长的良好沟通；
• 通过校园通讯、班级告示板及儿童成长观察报告记录孩子的学习经历；
• 提供积极的语言环境，激发孩子学习华文的热情。

Qualifications

• Possess at least - HCIC/Fundamentals Certificate/Advanced Early Years Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Care and Education
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work well independently as well as within a team
• 幼儿教育文凭，持有本科相关学历者优先；
• 普通话标准，写作规范；
• 工作积极，有责任感。
