Major Role and Responsibilities:
1) Senior/Demand & Supply role
- Function as Demand & Supply Specialist to manage monthly operations, mid-long term sales forecasting for countries
- Work closely with counterparts such as cross functional team and distributor to maximize sales with appropriate production
- Create monthly demand & supply plan and negotiate with distributor
- Explain demand & supply thinking way to cross function team to secure production allocation for future months
- Simulate and create rundown to discuss with distributor based on supply outcome
- Input monthly full spec orders into global system and ensure accurate orders is sent to production side
- Visit distributor and dealers regularly to gather feedback from frontline and improve forecast accuracy
- Monitor sales achievement daily/monthly and discuss countermeasures with Distributor or Function team to bridge the gap
2) Pricing role
- Develop Pricing strategy for each product to be distributed in Indonesia
- Responsible for each new product launch, minor change, improvement, general price increase
- Consider each product pricing and profit request and to maximise sales and profit
- Prepare pricing for management approval
- Responsible for department budget and submission
Requirements:
- Degree in Business/Marketing/Economics/Engineering/Finance related
- No experience welcome to apply as on the job training provided
- Strong in analysis, problem solving and numbers
- Possess good time management, communication & negotiation skills, as well as good interpersonal skills
- A team player with strong determination & perseverance, able to work independently.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).
- 5 days week, MNC, 3 openings available
