Principal Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant - Collaborative Environment

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for generating sales revenue and business development activities through market research, networking and cold-calling and Identify and develop client and business relationships
• Perform interviews & selection process for potential job seekers and recommend potential candidates’ profiles to prospective companies.
• Provide appropriate and accurate professional advice and directions to candidates pertaining to their possible career progression and development
• Provide prompt and professional services to new and existing clients
• Manage clients’ and potential candidates’ expectations by providing compensation details, conducting reference checks on potential lead candidates and managing the process till completion while maintaining client relationships.
• Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing, interviewing and shortlisting candidates based on client’s needs
• Source for suitable candidates via networking, social media, advertising and referrals
• Provide excellent services and follow-up regularly with clients and candidates

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any field
• Self-motivated, resourceful and persistent
• Highly initiative and motivated individual.
• Prior experience in agency will be an added advantage
