Job Summary
Leads design excellence, client relationships and business growth within the hospitality sector. Drives the delivery of major projects and strengthens market presence through design leadership, client engagement and the development of high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead major hospitality and mixed-use projects from concept through completion.
• Build and sustain strategic relationships with clients, operators and key stakeholders.
• Drive design innovation and elevate design standards across projects and teams.
• Lead, inspire and develop high-performing teams.
• Drive business development, market engagement and the growth of the hospitality practice.

• Experience working across Asia and international markets is highly desirable.
