Principal Mechanical Engineer - Hiring Immediately

Job Info:

• Salary: Basic up to $9000 + AWS + Flexi Benefits
• Working Hour: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)
• Location: Woodlands North MRT

Requirements:

• Design, manufacture, and install components meeting requirements.
• Conduct full lifecycle product development.
• Analyze and solve problems, innovate designs.
• Perform experiments to enhance products.
• Create plans and designs using CAD.
• Evaluate product performance, reliability, and safety.
• Estimate project budgets and timelines.
• Write technical documentation for operators.
• Ensure compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers.
• Liaise with vendors for module finalization.
• Responsible for mechanical documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering required
• Experience in mechanical engineering.
• Proficiency in CAD, CAM, Matlab/LabView.
• Ability to run simulations and analyze test data.
• Strong skills in writing technical documentation.
• Highly analytical with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• About 7 years of technical experience in Semiconductor or related fields.
• Experience in troubleshooting PC-based fully automatic equipment.
• Knowledgeable in equipment control and troubleshooting methods.
• Familiarity with die bonder application and process advantageous.
