 Job Details

• Serve as the team leader and subject matter expert in network engineering and architecture, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members on the project site.
• Provide guidance and participate in developing and maintaining network architecture standards, best practices, and design principles to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.
• Conduct technical evaluations of networking technologies, products, and services to support strategic decision-making and investment planning.
• Lead network infrastructure projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
• Perform network capacity planning and optimization to support business growth and performance requirements.
• Proactively identify and mitigate network security risks through the implementation of robust security controls and best practices.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on network architecture and recommending appropriate strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate network solutions with other IT systems and services, ensuring seamless interoperability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimumally with a CCNA or equivalent. Advanced certifications (e.g., CCIE, CCDP, CISSP) are highly desirable
• Extensive experience in network engineering, architecture, and solution design, with a focus on enterprise-scale environments and high security environment
• Proven track record in designing and implementing complex network solutions using industry-leading technologies and protocols and specifically for critical Information infrastructure (CII) environment
• Strong proficiency in network design principles, including routing, switching, SD-WAN, firewalling, load balancing, etc
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and driving initiatives to successful completion.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with network automation and orchestration tools (e.g., Ansible, Python scripting) is a plus.
