You will be responsible for the following duties:

• Supervise the multi-disciplinary team of physiotherapists.
• Ensure compliance with therapist standards set by Ministry of Health and Allied Healthcare Professional Council.
• Mentor new staff, conduct orientation programs, and oversee staff development.
• Organize and conduct in-house training on the latest rehab therapy techniques; introduce new techniques or procedures as needed.
• Coordinate procurement of other therapy services to fulfill residents' rehabilitative needs.
• Introduce new programs and special projects to address service gaps for residents.
• Analyze institutional residents' evolving needs and trends; adjust rehab services and care accordingly.
• Manage residents' transition from acute to chronic care and back to the community when possible.
• Maintain and enhance service quality standards while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Schedule and execute periodic quality audits.
• Foster strong relationships with external agencies and organizations.
• Conduct hands-on clinical physiotherapy sessions.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Physiotherapy.
• Registered with Allied Health Professionals Council.
