Responsibilities：
- Assume leadership of the rehabilitation department, overseeing its operations and strategic direction.
- Responsible for the compliance of all therapist standards as stipulated by Ministry of Health and Allied Healthcare Professional Council
- Provide specialized clinical guidance and expertise in the field of physiotherapy and rehabilitation services.
- Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies aimed at promoting rehabilitation services and expanding referral networks.
- Evaluate trends and changing requirements of residents within institutional settings.
- Develop rehabilitation services and care plans in accordance with identified trends.
- Facilitate the smooth transition of residents between acute, chronic, and community care settings.
- Monitor the implementation of transition plans to ensure seamless continuity of care.
- Exercise prudent financial stewardship by overseeing budgetary allocations and monitoring financial performance indicators.
Requirements:
- Degree in Physiotherapy.
- Registered with Allied Health Professionals Council.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience.
