Principal SAP Consultant (Sales, Procurement & Enterprise Integration)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Principal SAP Consultant with over 20 years experience in SAP consulting to spearhead global implementations, rollouts, and upgrades across SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments. This high-level role bridges international business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors, demanding deep domain knowledge in SAP Sales & Distribution, Procurement and cross-platform integrations, and global localisation compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Global Delivery & Architecture: Lead end-to-end Global SAP Implementations and Rollouts (ECC & S/4HANA), bridging legal and localisation gaps (e.g., EMEA, APAC, and LATAM regions).

• System Integration & Data: Architect interfaces connecting SAP with non-SAP systems (Salesforce, Hybris, APIs, RPA) and drive Enterprise Data Governance/ Catalogue initiatives.

• Project & Team Leadership: Partner with Business Leaders on cost estimation, project planning, and delivery using Agile/ Waterfall. Lead diverse internal and external (third-party) technical teams.

• Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Drive high-level workshops with international teams. Lead vendor procurement processes, including RFPs, PoC evaluations, pricing analysis, and final selection.

Key Requirements

• Min 20 years of dedicated SAP Consulting experience 

• Deep expertise in SAP SD, MM, ECC, and S/4HANA, alongside modern API integrations (Salesforce, Hybris, Chatbots, Process Automations).

• Proven track record in global tax/ legal localisations (GST, VAT, withholding tax).

• Solid SAP consulting footprint within diverse industry exposure especially in the Manufacturing sector (Chemicals, Industrial Gases, Machine Tools, or Food Packaging).

• Geographic Exposure: Experience working within multi-cultural environments (e.g., Asia Pacific, Europe and LATAM).
