This role will serve as a strategic partner to PEDRO leadership team, providing commercial and performance insights, driving business planning, and strategic decision-making across all markets and channels. This role will ensure business decisions are supported by robust performance analysis, forecasting, governance, and actionable insights, driving PEDRO's growth agenda, strengthen data driven decision making, and support the execution of strategic initiatives across the business.
Job Responsibilities
Business Strategy & Leadership Partnership
• Driving the business strategy, development and execution across Retail and ECommerce channels
• Translate business performance into strategic recommendations, opportunities, risks, and actions
• Consolidate perspectives and insights across markets to provide a holistic view of the business’ performance
• Support annual strategy reviews, financial reviews, quarterly business reviews, and ad-hoc
leadership discussions
Business Planning, Forecasting & Performance Management
• Lead performance-driven forecasting and business planning across markets and channels
• Develop scenario-based business models to evaluate commercial opportunities, risks, and investment decisions
• Partner Finance, Commercial, and Market teams to align forecast, targets, and business priorities
• Monitor performance against business plans and identify emerging risks and opportunities
• Track delivery of strategic initiatives and quantify business impact
Business Performance & Commercial Analytics
• Establish and maintain a unified performance framework across markets and channels
• Monitor key commercial drivers including sales, traffic, conversion, productivity, inventory, profitability, and customer metrics
• Identify root causes behind performance gaps and recommend corrective actions
• Drive performance storytelling by translating data into clear and actionable business insights
• Serve as the single source of truth for PEDRO business performance reporting
Data Excellence & KPI Governance
• Own governance of business KPIs, reporting standards, definitions, and calculation methodologies
• Drive harmonisation of metrics and performance frameworks across markets
• Partner Data, BI, and IT teams to improve reporting capabilities and data quality
• Strengthen organisational capability in business performance management through frameworks, tools, and knowledge sharing
• Promote data-driven decision making across PEDRO leadership and market teams
Transformation & Cross-Functional Leadership
• Partner closely with the Transformation Office to support PEDRO-specific strategic initiatives
• Lead workstreams involving performance management, planning, operating model improvements, and business transformation
• Support market expansion evaluations, commercial assessments, and strategic business cases
• Align business priorities across all functions and stakeholders within PEDRO
• Influence decision-making through data-led recommendations without direct ownership of execution
