Private Banking ARM/CSO

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Relationship Managers in managing and developing client relationships by providing timely and accurate support on client requests and inquiries.
• Prepare and maintain client documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Conduct market research and prepare reports to support investment recommendations and client presentations.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor client portfolios and provide regular updates on performance, market trends, and potential investment opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal departments, including compliance, operations, and credit, to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Support the organization and execution of client events and meetings to enhance client engagement and relationship building.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Min 3-4 years of experience in private banking, wealth management
• Must have CACS certifications.
• Strong knowledge of financial products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with banking software systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
