Job Title: Private Banking Product Management Associate – Funds & Alternative Investments

Role Summary

Support the management and development of the private banking investment product platform, focusing on funds and discretionary mandates. Work closely with investment, sales, and operational teams to maintain product governance, support client solutions, and ensure smooth platform operations.

Key Responsibilities

Fund Platform Management

1. Support the management and maintenance of the private banking fund platform across mutual funds and alternative investments.
2. Assist with fund onboarding, due diligence coordination, and product reviews.
3. Maintain approved fund lists and monitor product updates.

Discretionary Mandate & Portfolio Support

1. Assist in the administration, monitoring, and reporting of discretionary investment mandates.
2. Support portfolio reviews, performance tracking, and implementation of portfolio adjustments.
3. Coordinate with investment teams to ensure smooth execution of mandate updates.

Client Advisory & Sales Support

1. Partner with Relationship Managers and Investment Counsellors to support product enquiries and client proposals.
2. Prepare investment materials, market updates, and client-ready presentations.
3. Support internal product training and knowledge sharing within client-facing teams.

Product Governance & Compliance

1. Ensure adherence to internal policies, product governance standards, and regulatory requirements.
2. Support product lifecycle management, including setup, review, and documentation.
3. Assist with vendor and fund manager due diligence and maintain accurate records.

Others

1. Maintain product documentation, databases, and internal records.
2. Coordinate internal approvals, reporting, and communications.
3. Provide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc projects.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
2. Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in private banking, wealth management, asset management, or investment products.
3. Fresh graduates with relevant internships or academic exposure to investments/finance are welcome to apply.
4. Basic understanding of investment funds and portfolio products preferred.
5. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
