Private Banking Product Specialist | Multi-Asset Execution & Product Management

An established international bank is seeking a Private Banking Product Specialist to support its investment product platform in Singapore. This opportunity combines hands-on trade execution, product due diligence and onboarding, with exposure to a broad range of wealth management solutions.

Working closely with Private Banking Relationship Managers, Investment Counsellors and Treasury, you will help bring investment ideas to execution across bonds, equities, funds, FX, interest rate products, structured notes and discretionary portfolio management solutions .

Key responsibilities

1. Execute investment transactions promptly and accurately, coordinating requests from Relationship Managers and Investment Counsellors.
2. Monitor trade status and work with Operations and counterparties to ensure timely settlement.
3. Conduct product due diligence, support product and counterparty onboarding, and maintain operating procedures.
4. Support investment ideas, product pitches and rollouts through to execution.
5. Collaborate with internal traders on hedge sourcing, execution feasibility and risk recycling.
6. Support cross-border transactions across Southeast Asia, including structured repos, bond forwards and total return swaps.
7. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Requirements

1. Preferably at least 5 years of relevant experience in private banking or wealth management products, with exposure to trade execution or product management.
2. Strong investment product knowledge and understanding of the trade lifecycle.
3. Experience with cross-border transactions, structured financing or hedging would be advantageous.
4. Degree in Business, Finance or a related discipline. Diploma holders with relevant experience will also be considered.
5. FMRP, M1A/M1B and M6A qualifications, to be completed before commencement.
6. Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
7. Strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
