Private Equity - Compliance Officer

A global private markets investment firm is looking to hire an experienced compliance officer to support the firm’s Asia compliance framework with a bigger focus on Singapore’s regulatory requirements

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

• Well versed in MAS regulatory requirements especially for CMS License in Fund Management.
• Provide compliance advisory on broad range of topics include marketing materials, cross-border compliance, distribution of interests in private funds in Singapore.
• Act as the main point of contact with regulators or external auditors on all regulatory matters.

To be eligiblefor this role you will require:

• Around 7-12 years of compliance experience ideally from the buy side industry. Candidates with less experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Chinese Mandarin will be a useful skillset but not a must have.
• Strong sense of teamwork and ability to work independently.
