Process and Equipment Engineer

Establish and improve process condition and technology. Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost. Establish and modify process management projects. Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment. Evaluation, promotion and planning of new equipment / materials. Abnormal analysis and improvement. Min Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics, Chemical, Mechanical, Materials Engineering or equivalent. Problem-solving mindset with a drive for finding effective solutions. Passion and interest in semiconductor frontend fabrication and memory industry. Strong personal initiative and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC), Design of Experiment, Engineering Statistical data analysis would be advantageous.
