We are seeking a Process Design & Operations Optimisation Consultant to strengthen our consulting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market, operational, and business environment research relating to business operations and industry developments.

• Support clients in identifying business opportunities, operational strategies, and process improvement approaches.

• Research customer trends, operational practices, and partnership opportunities relevant to business growth initiatives.

• Coordinate communication and activities between clients, operational stakeholders, vendors, and business partners.

• Support discussions relating to operational setup, workflow coordination, and business process initiatives.

• Assist clients in analysing operational workflows, organisational structures, and business processes for optimisation opportunities.

• Support process redesign, workflow improvement, operational scaling, and project coordination activities.

• Prepare operational documentation, reports, research summaries, presentation materials, and project updates where required.

Requirements

• Master’s degree required in Operations, Engineering, Project Management, Industrial & Systems Engineering, International Business, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines.

• Strong preference for candidates from reputable universities with strong operational, systems, engineering, or project management programmes.

• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills with the ability to work across professional and cross-functional environments.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
