YOUR ROLE 

• Manage development and process transfer of new & advanced technologies from R&D to manufacturing.
• Set up and monitor SPC & FDC for processes.
• Perform & validate equipment qualification and setup process specification.
• Perform and characterize process and equipment system to maintain and control process parameters.
• Provide support for shift personnel in maintaining equipment uptime & efficiency.
• Troubleshoot process deviation and equipment malfunctions to improve process quality and productivity.
• Perform wafer dispositions in a timely manner.
• Implement preventive actions to eradicate quality issues.
• Lead a Fab Improvement Team projects to improve the process capabilities, reliability and cost efficiency.
• Implement projects to improve process robustness, stability & Cpk.
• Improve manufacturing yield and quality.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or material science.
• min 1 yrs experience in diffusion process or equivalent in semiconductor / manufacturing industry.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, good communication & presentation skills, able to work independently, collaborate in cross-functional teams, work under tight timeline & fast pace environment.
• Ability to work in a cross functional team.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in rotating shifts if required.
• Technical skills including problem-solving, statistical data analysis and design of experiment (eg. FMEA, 8D, DOE).
