Process Engineer (Water Treatment) - Urgent Role

Job Description:

• Design and develop the overall water and wastewater treatment (organic and inorganic) plant during the pre-sales and engineering stage.
• Adequate experience on water and wastewater treatment, membrane water treatment. Experience in handling tender stage and detail engineering stage for the process and mechanical aspects. Assist in equipment and components selection.
• Familiar with design calculations, projections for RO and pre-treatment, process flow diagram (PFD), process & instrumentation diagram (P&ID) and general arrangement drawings.
• Familiar with Water / Wastewater treatment project execution, experience in HAZOP study requirement and procedure.
• Ensure compliance of flow & quality, optimize the process in terms of reliability and costs of chemicals & power, elaborate the relevant follow up and reporting of the process, analyse any technical issues, propose solutions, follow up and analyse tests for improvement of the process.
• Involved in testing and commissioning activities and providing the necessary support to the commissioning team.
• Provide technical presentation to the customers.
• Assist in developing operation and maintenance documents. Developing Control Philosophy and control write out.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental, Mechanical or related engineering fields.
• Min 5 years work experience.
• Able to communicate with various level of people.
• Good in verbal and written English.
