Process Scientist

Minimally a Masters (PhD preferred) in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Engineering, or related field 1-2 years of relevant experience in academic or industry labs (process development, molecular biology, or chemical engineering). Familiarity with molecular biology techniques (e.g., PCR, NGS). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Open and creative mindset to work on multidisciplinary problems. Experience with statistical tools (JMP, Excel, DOE, SPC, or similar). Exposure to development of analytical method for small molecules or enzymes is a plus Exposure to regulated lab environments (ISO13485 or GMP) is a plus.
