Our technology starts with you.\n\nYOUR ROLE \n\nMaintain and support day to day manufacturing activities through real-time problem analysis and real-time solution implementation.\n\n * Conduct real time problem analysis on equipment failures, alarms and SPC violation \u0026 determine solutions through liaising with all parties involved \u0026 through studying past cases.\n * Implement corrective actions using established OCAP procedures. \n * All basic inline investigation reported real time to relevant owners with full details.\n * Response to Lots on Hold. Disposition lots at real time and implement actions to prevent re-occurrence.\n * Conduct appropriate equipment, tools and process qualification.\n\n\n\nEnsure smooth process flow with high quality, high yield, low cost by working with the Maintenance Specialists and Production Supervisors to achieve the overall committed targets.\n\nProvide cross functional/cross-dept/cross-fab support \u0026 coverage based on need \u0026 priority.\n\nShare technical knowledge with new Engineers.\n\nYOUR SKILLS \u0026 EXPERIENCES\n\n * Higher Nitec (ITE)\n * Basic computer skills (Excel, logs, reports)\n * Ability to follow strict procedures\n * Strong awareness of workplace safety, knowledge of hazard identification, lockout/tagout (LOTO).\n\n \n\n \n\n\n\n\nST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
