Processing Officer Bank Contract - Join a Leading Company

The Processing Officer will perform and ensure timely and accurate set-up/maintenance of customers' profiles in e-banking platforms.

Job Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain profiles of customers in various e-banking systems in accordance to the forms submitted.
• Perform tagging of users as authorizers/administrators in system when required.
• Handle enquiries and follow up.
• Update tracking spreadsheets.
• Perform live verification of systems.
• To ensure that cut off time and SLA's of various products are met.
• To ensure 100% accuracy and quality in tasks performed.
• Ensure handling of enquiries and updating of statuses of cases are timely and accurate.
• Any other duties assigned in the course of work or rotation of duties.

Job Requirements

• Degree in any field with 1 – 2 years’ experience in a banking environment.
• Good communication skills
• Able to work independently, fast and accurate.
• Basic knowledge of PC and internet security.
• With Microsoft Word, Access & Excel skills.
