Job Description

• Renders support to the PB and TPC teams in opening of client's account, working closely with the Client Service Managers (CSM) as well as Relationship Managers (RM) and Assistant Relationship Managers (ARM)
• Assist in the organization and preparation of the following:
• Screening of customers name on databases
• Preparation of account opening documents
• Courier account opening documents to client
• Data entry
• Ensure completion of task on timely basis
• Ensure complete and accurate case submission to facilitate a seamless account opening process
