Processing Officer (Entry Level / Regional eCommerce Logistics Hub) - Urgent Position

1)    To feed all machinable / Local RA / ePAC / Smartpac /ESV/NSV & Tracked package articles to MMS machine
2)    To have the ability to run the imaging Conveyor/DWS/DWS Static with correct customer account and to make sure have correct tracking number and image captured. Able to rectify operational issue 
3)    To prepare roller container and bags for MMS machine at start of the shift
4)    To check and manual key and feed to MMS machine all rejected trackable items
5)    To manual sort all Bulky/Oversize and unmachinable trackable items to respective 
sector roller container
6)    Assist in ESV/NSV items scan in Excel file for status checking and to EZYtrak system
7)    Assist in MMS machine and sector bag closing.
8)    Assist in trackable letters and flat sector sorting
9)    Assist in loading beat sorted bags into respective sector RC and push to respective loading bay area. 
10)    To do bag/RC tally counting when assign.
11)    To do QC check for missorted item in every beat bag and sector bag and check for trapped mails at MMS machine chute and bags.
12)    Assist in retrieval of items and assist to look out for trapped mail items in every bags.
13)     To make sure work area cleanliness and tidiness at the end of the day
14)    Assist in Kaizen project as and whenever required.
15)    Help to check & replenish any expendables such as empty transparent bags.
16)    Help to re-pack damaged mails
17)    Perform any other duty assigned by supervisors

Requirement:

1)    Comfortable with 3 Rotating Shifts (Morning, Afternoon, Night)
