Procument Executive

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the entire purchase process: from price negotiation and cost structure analysis to order processing and monitoring delivery status. (Mainly electronic components/modules)
• Responsible for following up on issues arising from suppliers to ensure a stable supply chain.
• Participate in new supplier /commodities sourcing and researching. 
• Ensure smooth communications between Japan production HQ with supplier from Asia/Europe/North America. 
• Collaborate with team members in procurement-related programs.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Possess a diploma or degree (preferred in Engineering or Supply Chain Management)
• Have a strong MS Office background
• Experience in the procurement process or manufacturing field is preferred. 
• Excellent communication skills and capable of negotiating with people (business partners/suppliers) from different regions (including Asia, Europe, and North America).
