Procurement (1 year contract/Jurong Island)

Job Summary:

• Salary details : $2500 - $3000
• Working Days and Hours: Monday - Friday - 8.30am-6pm
• Location of work: Jurong Island
• Site Allowance + Completion Bonus + Transport provided
   

 Job Responsibilities:

• Disseminate and enforce company policies and procurement procedures to user departments
• Assist Head of Section with procurement activities for new projects
• Manage and oversee purchase orders and contracts for all plants
• Ensure all purchases and contracts follow company procurement policies
• Collaborate with other departments on tender and contract activities
• Ensure proper contract execution and compliance with SOX requirements
• Follow up on contractual requirements and provisions with vendors
• Monitor overdue reports for contracts, purchase orders, insurance, and security deposits, sending reminders to departments
• Manage vendor master data in SAP MM and SAP B1 (vendor creation and qualification)
• Conduct vendor performance reviews annually and after contract completion
• Oversee tender sales
  
  Requirements:
• Diploma holder
• 2-3 years experience in procurement, contract tendering and admin
• Willing to work in Jurong Island
