Procurement Administrator - Immediate Start

Job Responsibilities

• Handle and manage the full spectrum of procurement functions with day-to-day operations, including;

      - Source for new suppliers,

      - Issue Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders based on

        specifications,

      - Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of orders,

      - Enter the Goods Receipt Notes into the system.

• Liaise directly with warehouse personnel and engineers to effectively monitor and replenish various raw materials, packaging materials, and overhaul/repair products for daily operations.
• Proper filing of documentation according to ISO standards including approved supplier processes and maintaining supplier lists.
• Assist with all incoming and outgoing product logistics arrangements with suppliers.
• Assist in annual and periodic cycle counts.
• Perform administrative, and any other duties as assigned by superior.

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years and above of relevant working experience.
