Benefits Summary: 

• Company is in manufacturing & supply chain industry
• Permanent role
• Basic up to $2800 + AWS +VB 
• Monday to Friday: 7.50am to 4.55pm
• Location: Tuas

Responsibilities: 

• Oversee the supply chain function for consumable products and direct material inventories.
• Manage sales order intake and plan delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfillment of customer requests.
• Prepare procurement plans based on ongoing forecasts and demand.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery according to delivery or shipment plans.
• Source, negotiate, and purchase materials for project management.
• Compile and prepare sales and purchase data on a monthly basis.
• Serve as the point of contact for project management and operational support.
• Assist in automation projects such as writing up macros, Visual Basic, or Python programming.
• Perform any other duties assigned by superiors.

Additional Information: 

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics.
• Relevant experience in procurement and sales order planning in a manufacturing environment.
• Interest in operation improvement/transformation-related tasks.
• Possesses good IT & computer knowledge for Macro write up (Visual Basic, Python, Microsoft Office software)
