Procurement Associate (Govt Healthcare / 6 months / $2700) - Rapid Progression

Government Healthcare

Salary – $2,700 per month
Location – Buangkok (Nearest MRT)
Working Hours – Mon – Thu 8.30am to 6.00pm & Fri 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
Duration – 6 months contract 

Responsibilities

• Ensure end to end procurement processes are in compliance with Purchasing Policies
• Partner internal customers to procure goods and services in a timely, effective and compliant manner
• Manage vendors to ensure quality, pricing and delivery objectives are met
• Liaison with logistic team to maintain stock list and minimal stock out
• Monitors and perform reports (i.e trend analysis, spend analysis, vendor performance).
• Add value through proper negotiation, product standardization or innovative ways of sourcing
• Monitor and establish contracts on time to ensure continuous supply or product and services

 

Requirements

• Diploma holder with prior experience in procurement or purchasing
• Prior experience in database management, and contract negotiation is advantageous 
• Strong IT skills, Microsoft Office & SAP 
• Singaporeans only
