Procurement Associate - Up $2700/ Govt Healthcare/ Till Oct 2024 - Innovative Company

Salary – $2,700 per month
Location – Buangkok
Working Hours – Mon – Thu 8.30am to 6.00pm & Fri 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
Duration – ASAP - 4 October 2024 (maternity Cover)

Responsibilities
• Ensure end to end procurement processes are in compliance with Purchasing Policies
• Partner internal customers to procure goods and services in a timely, effective and compliant manner
• Manage vendors to ensure quality, pricing and delivery objectives are met
• Liaison with logistic team to maintain stock list and minimal stock out
• Monitors and perform reports (i.e trend analysis, spend analysis, vendor performance).
• Add value through proper negotiation, product standardization or innovative ways of sourcing
• Monitor and establish contracts on time to ensure continuous supply or product and services
• Form committee to evaluate goods and services after tender
• Actively solicit customer's feedback, address issues and seek continuous improvement
• Assists in projects and any other duties as assigned by the Manager

Requirements
• Fully vaccinated with Covid Booster 
•  SAP knowledge
• Knowledge of procurement, purchasing systems, database management, and contract negotiation
• Strong IT skills, Microsoft Office & SAP ERP System
• Singaporeans only
