Our client is a Global Manufacturing MNC, one of the leading players in flavor and fragrance industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Procurement Coordinator to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage requests for regulatory documentation and samples, ensuring timely processing and tracking.
- Responsibilities for raising Quality Assessment Frameworks (QAFs), Sample POs, and other assigned administrative duties.
- Maintain Purchasing databases by updating ICC new codes and other relevant information.
- Coordinate Sample POs to ensure timely deliveries.
- Contribute to maintaining the Global Purchasing Database.
- Support buyers in project coordination activities.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘A’ Level / Diploma in Business or other relevant field of study
- Minimum year of relevant experience
- Knowledge in SAP would be advantageous.
