Procurement Coordinator (8-months Contract) / Manufacturing MNC - with Great Benefits

Our client is a Global Manufacturing MNC, one of the leading players in flavor and fragrance industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Procurement Coordinator to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage requests for regulatory documentation and samples, ensuring timely processing and tracking.
• Responsibilities for raising Quality Assessment Frameworks (QAFs), Sample POs, and other assigned administrative duties. 
• Maintain Purchasing databases by updating ICC new codes and other relevant information.
• Coordinate Sample POs to ensure timely deliveries.
• Contribute to maintaining the Global Purchasing Database.
• Support buyers in project coordination activities.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned. 

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘A’ Level / Diploma in Business or other relevant field of study
• Minimum year of relevant experience
• Knowledge in SAP would be advantageous.
