Procurement Executive (1)

The Purchasing Executive is responsible for the purchases allocated to him/her and to ensure it is adhered to the company purchase guidelines and policies.

Responsibilities:

• Source for materials globally
• Negotiation for the most competitive price
• Negotiate for the most competitive term and conditions
• Monitoring the delivery of the purchased equipment or items
• Ensure that the equipment or items purchased meets the specification given

Duration:

• Permanent

Salary:

• Up to 4.5k + PB

Working hours:

• Mon to Fri: 7.25am-4.58pm (might have Saturdays – alternate or once a month or ad hoc, depending on shipment schedules to facilitate arrangement on procurement, but will be known in advanced)

Location:

•  Tuas

Requirements:

• 2 year experiences in purchasing / procurement related capacity
• Diploma / Degree in procurement related field of study
• Have knowledge of SAP for generating of Purchase Order
• Have knowledge on local and overseas sourcing on material & equipment & market pricing 
• Excellent on negotiation skill
• Have knowledge on the use of commercial document used in purchasing eg LC / BG / etc
