Job Overview

As a Procurement Executive, you'll be a pivotal force in our supply chain operations. Your role involves sourcing, negotiating, and procuring essential ingredients and materials for our culinary operations. We're seeking an individual with a profound understanding of procurement processes, adept negotiation skills, and a discerning eye for cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential suppliers and stay abreast of market trends.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
• Evaluate supplier performance and maintain robust vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand procurement needs and specifications for effective sourcing.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement to meet production demands.
• Implement cost-effective strategies while upholding product quality and supplier reliability.
• Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the F&B industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Systematic and process-driven mindset.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Bilingualism preferred (English and Chinese). Able to communicate in Mandarin and written in Chinese fluently in order to communicate with vendors from China.
• Preferably with sourcing experience in China.
• May require to travel if required. 
• Candidates who are able to start immediately or within short notice will be advantageous.
• Experience individuals may be considered for senior positions.
• Fresh graduates or Candidates with F&B operations background welcome to apply.  
• Able to standby and support during weekend if needed or due to exigency.
