Procurement Executive (Healthcare) - sourcing exp! / EAST #HHL

💰 Salary: Up to $4000
📍 Location: Loyang (shift to Taiseng in 3Q2026)
🕒 Office Hours, Mon-Fri

Responsibilities:

• Manage sourcing, vendor evaluation, and supplier relationships.
• Process purchase orders and coordinate medication procurement.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast medication demand.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and procurement policies.
• Handle invoice reconciliation, goods receipt processing, and procurement documentation.
• Support audits, product recalls, and quality-related activities.
• Prepare procurement and operational reports.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Pharmacy, or related field.
• Min. 2–4 years of procurement experience, preferably in healthcare/pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Business Central) is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Familiar with GDP guidelines and HSA regulations.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
