Procurement Executive - Offshore Steel & Piping (ID: 662843) ATTN YEXW

Responsibilities:

• Evaluating technical proposals based on specifications.
• Proposing and negotiating alternative materials with cost considerations.
• Sourcing and purchasing materials/services locally and internationally.
• Advising on supplier selection and purchase terms.
• Generating purchase orders and managing delivery timelines.
• Reviewing supplier performance in price, delivery, and quality.
• Assisting with vendor qualification, assessments, and due diligence.
• Preparing RFQs, bid evaluations, and maintaining supplier relationships.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Project, Commercial, QA/QC, etc.).
• Providing administrative support for procurement tasks and generating reports.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Purchasing Management/Supply Chain Management/Engineering or equivalent
• Sound knowledge of offshore material specifications and proven experiences in procuring piping & steel materials
