Procurement Executive with QS duties (Construction Sector/Changi) - Hiring Immediately

C&B:

Responsibilities:

• Main Responsible (Full set Procurement Duties): Sourcing, Purchasing, Logistic and Inventory Management for Raw Materials (Inbound & Outbound)
• Perform full logistic process including all shipping documentation (Mainly Import from China & Malaysia; Export only when needed)
• Closely liaise with various suppliers & vendors on delivery promptness and commitment
• Secondary (Partial QS Duties): Communicate with the management, all contractors on the upcoming projects
• Negotiations of the project in order to ensure all issues are handled
• Develop cost reduction to enhance the overall value of the project
• Ensure all items purchased and received according to specifications & compliance with standards
• Others Duties: Manage all purchase requisition, purchase orders, delivery orders and invoices
• Manage company’s vendor such as IT, Maintenances/Repair/Operating Contract and etc
• Manage contracts such as purchasing, certificates, renewal inspection and etc
• Answering to suppliers, vendors and internal enquiries

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma level with at least 2 years of related working experience
• Preferred applicant with Construction sector field
• Full process of procurement including QS related experiences preferred
• Comfortable to work with warehouse/inventory department personnel; which is non-aircon environment
• Possess good communication skills (both written and oral), interpersonal skills,
• Possess positive working attitude
• Must be self-motivated, resourceful and possess a pleasant disposition
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, Able to work independently
• Ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all internal & external personnel
• Able to handle various platform for sourcing & purchasing selection
• Ability to start work with short notice preferred
• Applicants must be willing to work in Changi.
• Monday to Friday, Monthly 1 Working First Saturday (8-12pm)
