Procurement Lead / Assistant Director (Indirect Services) (#JLN)

As a Procurement Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the school success by optimizing our procurement processes, building strong supplier relationships, and driving cost savings.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Analyzing spend data and market trends to optimize sourcing strategies.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
• Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks in the procurement process.
• Driving process improvements and fostering innovation.
• Leading and inspiring the procurement team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
• Identifying and nurturing talent within the procurement team.
• Overseeing the implementation and management of procurement software and digital tools.
• Leading initiatives to modernize procurement systems.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements 

• A Degree holder with at least 10 years of relevant work experiences in indirect procurement
• Supervisory experiences to lead a team
• Strong project and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
