PROCUREMENT MANAGER

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal & Procurement Contracts Manager to support procurement, commercial contracting, and compliance activities within a fast-paced technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate procurement and commercial agreements to ensure optimal contractual and business outcomes for the organisation.
• Provide legal and compliance advisory support across procurement activities, including cybersecurity, data protection, company law, contract law, intellectual property, and digital/technology regulations.
• Support and manage end-to-end contracting documentation, workflows, and approval processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Collaborate closely with Procurement, Legal, and other corporate and technical stakeholders to support business objectives.

Requirements:

• Relevant professional experience in legal practice or in-house legal/commercial roles will be an advantage.
• Additional qualification or exposure in IT, Computer Science, or Technology-related disciplines is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, digital technologies, and technology delivery models is preferred.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to integrate legal, commercial, and technology perspectives.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
