Procurement Manager (EMS/ Semi-con) - Hiring Immediately

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of executives.
• To source electronic and mechanical components to support new projects during the product development stage.
• To be able to perform cost analysis and select best supplier to meet the product requirement.
• To be responsible in managing the relationship with suppliers on all commercial issues.
• conduct market research and generate product teardowns to enable competitiveness assessments in service requests.
• Proactively drive continuous improvements in margin expansion, cycle time, pricing competitiveness/ tactics, and process efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum a Diploma in Engineering or similar field.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in Manufacturing/ EMS or Semi-con industry, including with at least 2years in managerial/ supervisory role.
• Experience in SAP will be an added advantage.
• Able to work independently or as a team.
