PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST - Urgent Hiring

Job Description: 

• Co-lead with Procurement Manager to review and revise the Procurement policies and procedures, and to provide guidance and training to internal users.
• Ensure end-to-end procurement support and administer the quotation and tender process following the company policies and procedures.
• Negotiate with suppliers to ensure value for money and fair, advantageous terms.
• Participate in the bids evaluation and clarification, prepare the recommendation for approval, and award the contract.
• Handle supplier management from the qualification of (new) suppliers, review of supplier contract terms and performance, quality, and service levels.
• Co-lead with Finance to scope and implement a Procurement-to-Pay system, and identify opportunities to streamline procurement processes and improve workflows.
• Reporting of procurement activities and spending analysis.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in relevant discipline
• Minimum 3-5 years’ working experience in procurement.
• Strong knowledge of procurement framework and processes, and experience in procurement systems implementation will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), procurement systems, and business applications.
• Positive attitude, meticulous, and good interpersonal and communication skills.
